All our products are hand made so our processing time is 1-3 business days before shipping. This does not include actual shipping time. Typically, shipping time ranges between 2 to 5 business days before you will receive your product. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed items due to the 3rd party postal service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
